Krahe's (1964) table lists Arga, Argua, Arguna (> Argen, S Germany), Argantia ~ Argentia/-ios (> Argence, etc.). Most of them (especially the -antia formation) seem to be Celtic. Those in *argu- may belong to an older stratum. I also know of ancient Arguas (presumably *arguant- > modern Ergent) in Illyria.
