I think I understand now. I believe you're talking about the
motivation for cultural change and stability? The processes that
support and reinforce behavior patterns?


What i wrote was first wee weak eddies, followed by waves, then a
flood. If one looks at the general patterns this stepped (no pun)
intensity and incressed IE complexity makes a lot of sense. Again,
just my opinion.
