The coastal area around Vaasa in Ostrobothnia is heavily swedish speaking,
and so is that of Turku (Abo in Swedish) further south along the coast. The
Aland islands (Ahvenanmaa to Finns) off Turku are also Swedish speaking.

Someone was also asking about Finnish speaking populations in Sweden. There
are indeed significant Finnish speaking populations in the northern River
Valleys of Sweden, particularly near the Finnish border (Tornio River valley
for example). Many families there have long altered their names to conform
with Swedish preferences, but are still essentially Finnish.
