OK, thanks for all replies to my question. My intention was just to verify
if there was some sure basis for the hypothesis shown in the book. As
Chinese has a relationship to NaDene Amerindians, I thought perhaps could
have some influence of an hypothetical Proto-NaDene language in Proto-Mayan.
But the data sent by "cybalisters" solve my doubts.
ps: When I was a teenager I had many books about Atlantis, UFO, Astronaut
Gods and other similar themes, and this is one of the reasons that provoked
my interest in Etymology, Comparative Mythology and Proto-languages. I keep
my mind open, but now I review many of
my old ideas, and I can see that many of these ideas are just phantasy,
although there's some fascinating unsolved mysteries yet. For example, the
Aztec legend of an island called Aztlan (variants in another American
languages: Tollan, Atillan) and Plato's Atlantis...
