That all of these are in fact an ellipsis for "Have you got..." is shown by
the form of the response, or the alternative questions. In other sentences,
for example: "You own this?" the alternative question is "or don't you?" and
the response is "Yes, I do." But with "You got this?" the alternative
question is "or haven't you?" and the response is "I aint," (or in my
prissy English, "I haven't.")
So these are not new developments of the verb "got", but merely common
ellipses.
