Nor to mine since we all know that IE is not closely related
to Basque. Dative personal agreement markers aren't known
in the closer languages like Etruscan, Uralic, Altaic, etc.
so I fail to see why they are needed or justified. Semantically,
I don't see the connection either. There just is no 2ps **-r.
