PIE verbs (6) -- as simple as quantum mechanics

Miguel states concerning the primary *-i:
>It is possible that *-i is simply the locative ending, and that the
>auxiliary verb was dropped.

That really goes beyond the bounds of IE grammar as we know it.
Declensional endings of the noun placed after personal
endings of the verb?? This is too ad hoc. I don't see why
*-i can't be accepted to be an appended demonstrative *ei
meaning "here". New Yorkers add "here" or "over here" all the
time to their sentences. I figure this English phenomenon
is semantically similar to this IE feature going on over here :)

I also have trouble with the explanation about the 1ps thematic
*-o: suffix. There are too many problems with the offered
solution for it to even be mentioned. I have a question though...
Is there any instance in IE of *-o:i?
