Actually in this case I meant what I said. The suggestion that wodr/ akw
makes a similar pair is not my own. Stupidly, I have my notes from the
article, but without the title - so I don't know who I pinched it from. It
suggest that Sanskrit a:p is flowing water - active; while the PIE akwa
would have been stative.
