Thanx, but NWC and NEC are not "mine". They belong to everyone! :)
And secondly, it would appear to me that the common consensus is
that NWC and NEC are fundamentally different. The EncBritt tends
to take safe, conservative views.

For me, Starostin's "North C." is equivalent to DeneC. If so,
it would be better to compare other DeneC languages to arrive at
a more precise reconstruction and to weed out the interborrowing
that must have existed between NEC and NWC.

As for whether Nostratic is allowed on the List, I just received a letter to
join the Nostratic group. I think that's a hint :)
