I know I'm nitpicking, but I still object to this unfortunate wording. Non-Anatolian is not "post-Anatolian". Mycenaean Greek is documented from the time of the Hittite Old Kingdom, and "Mitannic" Indic is only a little less ancient. Non-Anatolian 1sg. *-o: must be much older than recorded Hittite or Luwian. For all I know it might well be older than Proto-Anatolian defined as the most recent common ancestor of Hittite and Luwian.

...  But if Proto-Anatolian had something like -mi/-aw~i (as I suggested, with Ausgleich Hitt. -mi/-ami, Luw. -wi/-awi), that might have been the first step towards the typical post-Anatolian -mi/-o:.
