I don't understand what you're saying. Clearly "Lord of Vulci" doesn't work
in Latin (your *Vulcinus) but it does in Etruscan where Vulci is translated
as /Velch/. Hence /Velchns/, that deity from Vulci. Why propose *Vulca if it
doesn't exist in either language??
