Is there any trace of this deity in IE myths? I only recognize the Greek
Eosphoros/Hesperos, and maybe ON Aurvandill (OE Earendel, OHG Orentill).

Any trace in IE myths? Nu is Egyptian, not IE... Or Indian demon-mother Danu
and Irish Domnu?

This is probably related with the Finish theogony (A Cosmic Bird laying eggs
to create the World)
