Polish te,cza is the same etymon as Russian tuc^a 'cloud', whatever the original meaning. "Duga" means 'arc', 'stave' (of a barrel), or a semicircular wooden element connecting the horse's collar with the shafts of the cart in a Russian-type harness (of Finnish origin, AFAIK, but the word has no Finnish connections). I'll check these words yet.
