Hello list. I'm finally back up and wading through tons of backed up mail,
trying to catch up with the flow of wonderful thoughts on this list.
(Personal correspondents please note the new mail box address below.) I'm
glad to see (Domnule:-) Piotr, John Croft, Glen, Dennis and others still in
character among some newcomers.

Could not resist commenting favorably on the thoughts of John and Joao
regarding links in the Anatolia/Crete/Greek pantheons. Loved John's
treatment of Hannahanna. Where is Artemis?
The possibly Taurian deity (virgin - huntress - protector of pregnant women,
springs, wildlife, and livestock fertitlity, particularly cattle with
regional affinity for Bears, Stags, Bulls.) She is clearly shared on all
compass points from the Aegean center; and displays elements of similarity
with Anath - Athena - Britomar(p)tis - Diana - Dictynna - Querasiya - and
of course - Eleuthiya.

Now back to catching up.
