Dear CyBaList Members,
Since Q&As about phonetic issues on this often develop into long threads
which are of little direct relevance to IE problems, I have decided to set
up an e-group devoted exclusively to things like phonetics, phonology,
accents of modern languages, and technical matters such as phonetic
transcription, sound files, etc. This will relieve CyBaList of some of the
non-IE burden. I invite all CyBaList members who take an interest in
phonology to become members of both groups.
