Hey, I just was casually renting a movie on Sunday night. I didn't make a
life study out of it. Either you could be a really good contestant on
Jeopardy or you've been quoting directly out of an encyclopaedia. Sure, I
_could_ go check the film/book and its history and even about the underlying
ascribed status thingiepoo that you illustrate from your encyclopaedia,
thereby looking like I know far more than I do, but I'm not fully interested
in society as such to do that. I'm a linguistics guy and I find it much more
entertaining to directly experiment on society rather than reading it from a
book. :)

Ah, yes, it wasn't "Das Hitler Zeit Maschine" afterall :) Thanks.

Yes, yes! The Morlocks! They lived on the planet of Endor. Or was that the
Ewoks? Oh, no wait, the Morlocks are male sorcerors, right? Oh, and Merlin
was their leader! Yes, of course! It's coming back to me now. I really don't
get how that Star Wars saga that this George Herbert Wells produced and the
"abscribed status" item fit together though, unless Yoda is a Morlock :)
Hmm, did Morlocks use object-subject-verb word order? Could a class be
genetically engineered to use only object-subject-verb word order as well as
develop cute, fluffy, blue fur for the purposes of film-making?

Oh, right, the cannabalism thing. I guess as I child I didn't pay much
attention to daily routine. I just ate all of my supper like a good growing
little boy. I particularly like the taste of faba beans.
