Hi Jeff,
The use of Spanish as a language has increased in most of the southern
states. There are spots in New Mexico, I think, where entire towns have
elected officials who only speak Spanish. My question is whether these
towns belong to Mexico or to the US. And in your state of Florida, what
will happen when Spanish is spoken by more than 50% of the state?
