Hello, I've been a member of the list for a few weeks and enjoy it very
much. My name is Todd Morrison and I am archaeological technician and
student in Colorado. I have been interested in Indo-European studies
for ten years and plan to persue it in graduate school next year,(if
anyone has any advice on good programs please let me know). Though this
is mainly a linguistic field, I am primarily interested in the
archaeological aspects and tend to support Mallory's views. I have a
strong hunch that it all leads back to horse domestication, though my
opinions are constantly shifting. I am facinated by Sredny Stog and the
steppe cultures, and did an independant study class on Tokharians. I am
studying Russian and would like to do archaeology in the Ukraine. I
really enjoy the Cybalist site and visit it almost daily to see what's
new.
